I feel vaguely grown-up today.

I got my full, non-probationary driver's licence in the mail. It's about three years since I got my P plates - I got them before I went to England.

Mostly I'm just glad I don't have to deal with P plates any more. My ones can't stay on by themselves any more (since I don't have my own car I've been having to take them ( Read more... )

I think the work is starting to add up (or doing a close yesterday just wrecked the rhythm I'd gotten into). I feel pretty tired right now. Harble arble.

I got the job. It took all of 15 minutes, so I think not drooling on myself was the only criteria the guy interviewing me needed to see. I have a job that does NOT involve standing for hours in a row!

I think I am most excited about getting a chair. Which just shows how old I'm getting.

Politics exam went well, I think. My prediction as to questions was pretty damn close, and out of the 9 questions offered I had 3 I could have written answers on (I only needed 2). And I got to talk about blogs! So that was good. Politics, at least, is done and dusted.
